Quick summary
- No student data. Common Room never collects names, grades, behaviour or any other information about your students.
- We only store what's needed for the app to work for you as a teacher: your email, your name (if you add it) and your own preferences in the app.
- Class lists you paste into the group maker stay locally in your browser and are never sent to us.
What we store
- Your email address and an optional display name — for sign-in.
- Your favorites, evaluations and settings — so they follow you between devices.
- Anonymous usage statistics — to keep improving the exercises.
Where data is stored
Data is stored with our infrastructure provider. We use industry-standard encryption both in transit and at rest.
Your rights
You can export or delete your account at any time from My account. Contact us at learningbydrama@gmail.com with any questions.
