For you as a teacher
Quick drama methods for ordinary lessons
You don't need to schedule 'drama'. Three minutes at the right moment can change the whole lesson.
Warm-ups
A short exercise at the start gives the group a shared pulse before content begins.
Transitions
A clear signal or micro-exercise marks that something new is starting — without raising your voice.
Focus resets
30–60 seconds of shared concentration is often enough to bring a worn-out class back.
Pair interaction
Two minutes of pair work before a discussion markedly raises the quality of the talk.
Movement-based reflection
Let students stand, walk or place themselves in the room by their view — the body thinks along.
