Thought Weather

Students describe their current mental state as a weather report.

Names emotional states without requiring vulnerability — the metaphor creates just enough distance.

Instructions

Go around the circle. Each student gives a one-sentence weather report for their current mental state (e.g. partly cloudy with a chance of distraction). No explanation required — just the forecast. The teacher goes first to model.
