Instructions
Stand in a tight circle. Everyone reaches in and grabs two different hands — not the people next to them. Now the group must untangle into a single circle without ever letting go. They must talk, plan, and physically cooperate. Set a 5-minute target. Debrief: who led? How did you decide what to do?
