The Grid
The group must discover and follow a hidden path across a grid — through trial and error.
Builds collective memory and the value of learning from others mistakes.
Instructions
Lay out a grid on the floor with tape. The teacher knows a secret path from one side to the other. Students step on squares one at a time — a correct step gets a nod, a wrong step a buzz, and that student goes to the back of the line. The group must remember the path collectively and get everyone across. Debrief: how did the group share and remember information?
