Paper Fold Focus
Students fold a piece of paper with total concentration — nothing else exists.
Occupies the hands and the analytical mind simultaneously — creates a meditative state through simple repetition.
Instructions
Give each student a piece of paper. Guide them through folding it slowly and deliberately — each fold precise, each crease pressed firmly. No talking. Describe each fold clearly and slowly. After 5 folds, students hold up their shape. Debrief: what happened to your thoughts while you were folding?
