One Breath Story
Each student tells a story in exactly one breath — no more, no less.
Demands total present-moment focus — you cannot plan ahead when managing breath and story simultaneously.
Instructions
Give a prompt. Each student tells their story in one single breath — as long or as short as their breath allows. No pausing to breathe. Go around the circle. Applaud each one.
