Freeze and Feel
Students step into a frozen scene and describe what the character is feeling.
Shows students that the same situation can be experienced in radically different ways depending on perspective.
Instructions
Two students create a frozen tableau — a moment of conflict, joy, loss, or decision. The rest of the group steps up one at a time, taps a figure on the shoulder, and speaks two sentences as that character: what they are feeling and what they are thinking. Multiple students can interpret the same figure.
