Four Corners

Students self-sort into corners based on their preferences — then talk.

Mixes choice, movement and conversation — students immediately have something in common with the people around them.

Instructions

Label the four corners with options (e.g. seasons, music genres, ways to spend a Saturday). Students move to their corner. Once there, they have 2 minutes to find one thing they have in common beyond the obvious. Share back.
