Expert on Nothing

Students give a confident 30-second talk on a topic they know nothing about.

Takes the pressure off being right — rewards confidence over accuracy.

Instructions

Write absurd topics on slips of paper (e.g. 'The History of Left Socks', 'Why Clouds Are Lazy'). Each student draws one and has 30 seconds to deliver a completely made-up expert talk — confidently. No one is allowed to laugh at the content, only applaud at the end. Do as many rounds as time allows.
