Compliment Circle

Students practice saying something kind directly to another person.

Trains students to speak directly to each other — and to receive acknowledgment without dismissing it.

Instructions

Sit in a circle. One student looks at someone across the circle and gives them a specific compliment — not 'you're nice' but something observed ('I noticed you always listen when people talk'). The receiver just says 'thank you' — no deflecting. Go until everyone has given and received one compliment.
